Mr. Madan V Desai, a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University,
is a young and dynamic leader who has lead the company for the last 5
years. An experienced accountant for past several years and having financial
knowledge in diversified industries. He is also a certified ISO Certified
Quality Auditor. He is proprietor of M/s Zed Securities. He has played
a key role in negotiating and take over of companies such as Herbert Brown
Pharmaceutical and Research Laboratories, Shirdi Chemicals, Cymbionic
Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Split Event Management Pvt. Ltd. An aggressive planner
and negotiator, has an aim to take the Company to new heights and horizons
in the new millenium. A result-oriented attitude makes one of the finest
executives to have as a Director. His enthusiasm and energy will pave
way for great success for the Company.
Mrs.
Surekha V Desai (Director : Administration )
Mrs. Surekha V Desai a Science Graduate from the Belgaum University
has been the driving force behind the working of the Company. A Trustee
of many organizations and the Director of M/s Servel Trading and Consultancy
Pvt. Ltd. and the proprietor of AV Management Services is an experienced
administrator. Her skill for creative decision-making has always got her
the laurels from other executives from her industry. She is also Trustee
of many Charitable Organizations and Committees.

Vijaykumar M Desai (Legal Advisor)
The son of Ex- Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Dr. M N Desai, Mr.
Vijaykumar M Desai is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is also
the Director of Asia's best co-operative bank, The Saraswat Co-operative
Bank Ltd. He has headed as the Chairman of Department of Accountancy in
Mumbai University and currently is the faculty Member of the Mumbai University.
As a Taxation Professional he has an experience of over 34 years. He is
also the Chairman of Direct Taxation Committee at Maharashtra Chamber
of Commerce & Industries. His achievements are endless. An active
Lion Club member, having extensive contacts, which will help the Company,
in many ways. His guidance and advice will take the company to new heights.
Mr.
Mojo (Technical)
An experienced expert in the IT field of networking and intra-networking.
Mr. Mojo has trained other experts from various industries namely Glaxo,
HLL etc. He is also attached with M/s Aquarius Group of Companies with
whom he handles clients like Ceat India & Bayer India. All his clients
such as Win Cable Network and Lasons Software have appreciated his Technical
expertise. He is one of the pioneers for building networks in a fiber
optic scenario.

Rajiv S Ganpule (System Administrator)
Mr. Ganpule an expert for last 8 years in the field of Computer
hardware looks after the maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems
of the Company. His past performance in itself talks of his caliber to
take care of any kind of hardware problems faced or will be faced by the
company. His expertise will always help in keeping the machinery in optimum
performance.

Mahesh G Wadekar (Statutory Auditor)
Mr. Mahesh Wadekar a Chartered Accountant from the prestigious
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is an expert in audit. He
has been an Auditor for past several years. His valuable advice and suggestions
have helped the Company in the past. He prepares the Financial Statements
for the Company and looks after the allied laws applicable to the Company.
